Filling out our online reservation form on www.destincoach.us
We will need Your name and cell phone; date and time of your trip; number of people in your party; pick up and drop off locations -name of condo/hotel or address.
If pick up is from an airport we will also need scheduled arrival time, airline and flight number, so we can follow the flight.
We will send you confirmation over text message with the details of your trip within a few minutes of finalizing the reservation. If you do not receive one, please call us.
For more complicated itineraries we will email a confirmation.
Destin Coach offers all inclusive airport transfer rates, as well as hourly service based on minimum time requirements and type of vehicle selected.
We accept All Major Credit Cards, and Venmo

All confirmed reservations require a $250.00 deposit.
You can pay that by Credit Card via Online Invoice or Venmo.
Any cancelation within a week of the travel date- deposit will be forfeited, but can be applied toward a future reservation with us.
You can either tip cash in person or on the credit card.
We can either email or text you a link with the receipt for your payment.
We provide Full 5-Point Harness (Front or Rear Facing) Car Seats and Full Back or Basic Boosters.
Car Seats and High Back Boosters are $10.00 each add on and basic booster seats are $5.00. They are only available with advance reservation.
Car seats will be installed and ready to go when you enter the vehicle. Please do not forget to specify if you need them Front or Rear Facing.
We do not allow smoking or vaping in any of our vehicles.
